These Terms of Service describe the rules for using PartnerShare websites, dashboards, marketplace listings, tracking links, referral tools, commission workflows, and related services.

1. Contracting parties
If you settle in RMB, the contracting entity is Guangzhou Biaopin Technology Innovation Co., Ltd. If you settle in USD or another non-RMB currency, the contracting entity is SAASBASE PTE. LTD.

2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorized to represent the company or organization you register for.

3. Acceptable use
You may not use PartnerShare for illegal activity, fraud, spam, infringement, security attacks, misleading promotions, or any activity that harms users, promoters, brands, or the platform.

4. Brand and promoter responsibilities
Brands are responsible for product information, commission rules, payout review, and compliance with applicable laws. Promoters are responsible for truthful promotion and lawful traffic sources.

5. Fees and settlement
Paid features, managed services, and settlement workflows are governed by the plan, order form, or platform rules shown at the time of purchase or activation.

6. Intellectual property
PartnerShare software, design, data structures, and platform materials remain owned by PartnerShare or its licensors. You retain rights to your own product, brand, and uploaded content.

7. Privacy and data
Use of personal information is governed by the PartnerShare Privacy Policy. You agree to process user and transaction data lawfully.

8. Service changes and termination
We may update features, policies, and these terms when needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create platform risk.

9. Disclaimer and liability
PartnerShare is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
